In autumn, the Earth begins to rest and dream while humans are expected to mechanically plough forward at the same level of productivity. Meanwhile, many cultures that live in deep relationship with the Earth value rest after the harvest and treasure the messages they receive from their dreams. This workshop is an exploration of dreaming techniques and traditions as well as plant friends that can support our experience. You will make your own herb-infused honey to take home and create your own bedtime rituals. What would happen if you prioritized sleep and rest this autumn? What guidance would you receive from the deep seas of your subconsciousness and what new worlds would you dream into being?
